We can incorporate these Fabry Perot laser diodes into a variety of our laser module packages to provide you with Gaussian output that will focus to a small spot. These diodes are single spatial mode, and the laser chip is grown by MOVPE (metalorganic vapor phase epitaxy) of compound semiconductor material.
Our single mode diodes feature wavelengths from 730 to 1120nm and output powers from 10 to 250mW. They are ideal for use in process monitoring and meteorology applications. |
