Our IQ4 will accommodate most fiber-coupled 14-pin butterfly, DIP, and DIL packages. These package types allow users to incorporate DFB laser diodes, as well as those originally intended only for telecommunication applications, into the compact housing of the IQ4. The diodes can then be used for any number of applications, including fluorescence, spectroscopy, interferometry, high-resolution printing, display, and microscopy.
The IQ4 features a precision current source and a PID temperature controller and is available with analog or digital beam modulation, with speed depending on the laser diode selected. The unit measures 1.50 inches in diameter and 7.52 inches in length and can operate in either constant current or automatic power control mode.
