Our brackets provide precise mounting of your laser module.
•• MB1: Multidirectional, single-axis mounting bracket. Accommodates modules 12.7mm (0.5 inch) in diameter. Ideal for use with PM and RS modules.
•• MB2: Fixed bracket that features a split ring clamp. Available in two sizes. MB2c (suitable for RS modules) secures units 11mm (0.43 inch) in diameter. MB2a (subitable for PM modules) accommodates laser modules 12.7mm (0.5 inch) in diameter.
•• MB3: Provides highest level of adjustment of all the mounting brackets. Multidirectional with a freely-rotating brass ball that allows for 80° conical rotation. Available in two sizes. MB3c secures modules 11mm (0.43 inch) in diameter, such as the RS. MB3a is suitable for modules 12.7mm (0.5 inch) in diameter, such as the PM.
•• MB5 & MB6: Fixed mounting brackets that feature three 1/4-20 mounting holes on the bottom for added stability when securing module to optical bench or incorporating into an application. MB5 accommodates modules 25.4mm (1 inch) in diameter, such as PMA, PMT, PMH, ACM, and ACMT. MB6 secures modules 38mm (1.5 inches) in diameter, such as APM, APMT, IQ1A, IQ1C, IQ1H, IQ2A, IQ2C, IQ2H, PPM, and PPMT. Option MB6 includes two brackets for optimum stability.
•• MB8, MB9 & MB10: These are the latest mounting brackets from PTI. They are multidirectional on both the X and Y axes. This series of brackets features 34° of rotation on the X and Y axes on the centerline of the module. They are available in three different sizes: .75in, 1in. and 1.5in. This allows for better alignment of the laser beam to your application's demands.
