Self-contained modules include the diode, optics, and driver housed together in a single case. These modules range from basic units for the cost-sensitive application to highly advanced modules with active temperature control and optional beam circularization.
The following is a listing of our self-contained modules with CW output. For applications that call for flexible mounting in tight spaces, we also offer CW modules with a separated geometry configuration.
Features an onboard menu control and graphic user interface through a RS232 or USB connector. Available with an elliptical beam or a round beam acheived via microlensed diode.
Contains active temperature control circuit, TE cooler, and fan. Built-in potentiometers enable adjustment of drive current, laser power, or active temperature control parameters.
Measures only .50 inch x 2.0 inches. Can deliver up to 120mA of drive current to N-type or P-type laser diodes. Offers a variety of wavelength and output power choices.
