The 185mW unit is our highest power violet module to date, and it provides the same exceptional beam quality that you've come to expect from members of our violet IQ family. In fact, each of our violet IQ modules is now available with improved, diffraction-limited output with low divergence!
If your application doesn't demand quite the power of an 185mW unit, our 405nm 50mW IQ is available with standard elliptical output or with circularized output achieved via microlensed diode or anamorphic correcting prisms. Each of our violet IQ units contains a precision current source and PID temperature controller, providing exceptionally stable wavelength and output power. Applications range from the biomedical (Raman spectroscopy, DNA sequencing, and blood and tissue analysis, for example) to the analytical (flow cytometry, fluorescence, and interferometry, to name a few). CW or modulated output is available.
