Power Technology celebrates long-time employee’s 50 years of service

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – May 22, 2023 – Power Technology is celebrating the work anniversary of Glenn Sullivan’s 50 years of dedication to the company and commitment to the advancement of laser manufacturing.

“When Glenn began his career at Power Technology, the landscape of the laser industry was completely different,” said Walter Burgess, co-CEO of Power Technology. “Over the years, he has not only been integral to the advancement of the company, but also witnessed and contributed to the growth and betterment of the industry as a whole.”

Sullivan joined Power Technology in May of 1973, just four years after the company’s founding. Initially working as an engineer designing innovations such as pulsed laser technology, he eventually moved into a customer support role where he cultivated deep relationships with key players across the industry throughout the course of his career. He became a fixture at photonics trade shows and a respected name in the laser manufacturing community.
