The PM laser is an industrial-grade module designed for use in standard or rugged OEM environments, and contains a precision current source ideal for applications demanding durability and high output power. The PM also offers diffraction limited optical performance, small size, and operates on a low voltage of 8VDC. The PM features a focused or collimated beam with high-quality optics, provides a highly-stable wavelength and operates optimally from 3.3-9VDC. The versatility of this module makes it ideal for a range of uses including machine vision, life sciences, 3D scanning and alignment applications. When collimated, the laser module provides a nearly circular profile. Additionally, diffraction limited focused beams are available.
