Munich – June. 27, 2023 – Power Technology expands its portfolio by offering new laser products at Laser World of Photonics 2023 in Munich. New wavelengths and powers are available for the Power Technology ClearCut materials processing laser engine. Additionally, the new LKG 532 – 561 nm DPSS lasers will be introduced at the show.
“We are excited to expand our ClearCut laser engine product line by offering seven new power options for copper or gold welding and cutting applications,” said Walter Burgess, co-CEO of Power Technology. “From 25 Watts to 540 Watts at 450 nm, the ClearCut laser engine provides up to 20 times more efficiency compared to traditional cutting lasers for materials processing. The 105 to 220 um fiber output gives you precise control over the laser, making it ideal for your most demanding applications.”
Additionally, Power Technology’s new LKG series of DPSS lasers deliver wavelengths of green and yellow light for a variety of applications.
“Ranging from 532 nm to 561 nm and 5 mW to 350 mW, these lasers offer options with excellent wavelength stability and accuracy for applications such as Raman spectroscopy and inspection. LKG brings more cost-effective options for DPSS-based laser light to the expanding Power Technology portfolio,” said Burgess.
