Description
The PMH laser diode module is specifically designed to address the need for a high-speed beam modulation. The PMH is capable of 2nS rise and fall times and exhibits a propagation delay of only 5ns. The unit features a single glass aspheric focusing or collimating lens. Standard elliptical beams and circular beams (micro-lensed diode) are available. Benefits of the laser module are increased speed and higher current capacity above PTI’s standard 20MHz PMT model. Customers may select an appropriate laser diode from 400nm to 2200nm in various power levels. The PMH is active low TTL and is capable of modulating 0 to 120mA while supplying 0 to 200mA of bias current.
